NHS Grampian - Maternity Services Survey - 2025

This is a repeat of a survey we carried out in 2021. We will compare the data with the aim of ensuring that we are getting better at supporting birth planning.

This survey has 4 sections, but you will only be asked to complete those which are relevant to you.

These sections cover:

information about you
mode of birth planning
induction of labour planning
place of birth planning

You are eligible to complete this survey if you have given birth in the past 12 months.

The survey questions will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey. We will share the findings with the Grampian Maternity Voice Partnership and use the findings to further improve how we support birth choices.
